Guitarist David Tronzo has a unique place in modern guitar history. He is one of our great practitioners of slide guitar, certainly the most advanced in the jazz world. Tronzo shares a lifetime of insight on techniques he's developed in his visionary approach. David Tronzo has been on the staff of Berklee School of Music for almost 25 years. In the two decades in New York previous to that he was a mainstay of the so-called "Downtown" improv scene, where he lead his own bands and played with a host of fellow adventurers.
