This tutorial is for all movers out there! Calisthenics, yoga, pole, aerialist, gym rats and anyone else concerned about their shoulder health and range of motion. This is a quick little, abbreviated tutorial on how to warm up your shoulders while simultaneously increasing your range of motion and flexibility PLUS also increasing the strength and control of your stabilizer muscles to prevent injury.
