Odd Intersection with Exclusive Ped Phase

This intersection in Sussex prioritizes left and right turns onto the one way street since this is the entrance to the downtown. Most indications are arrows which results in an exclusive pedestrian phase here. The left turn arrows have been updated to fast flash but a lot of the arrows could be removed to simplify the intersection.
