2 Intersections on 1 Controller in Saint John

Here are two intersections that run on one controller in Saint John. They run independently of each other but also seem to try to keep some kind of coordination so both signals don't turn red at the same time. It seems to make more sense to realign the driveways so only one intersection is necessary.
