STUNNING Planespotting @ Frankfurt Hahn // Lockheed C-130 Hercules // Rare Close Ups & Takeoffs

Hey everybody! I hope you are doing fine so far. I would like to welcome all new subscribers from the last few weeks. Most of you come from Brazil, so bem-vindo a bordo! Finally I was able to visit some new places again. One of them has its debut on this channel today with this planespotting episode. Frankfurt Hahn (EDFH/HHN) is a small airport in Lautzenhausen, which is about 85km away from Ramstein Airbase and about 110km away from Frankfurt international Airport. Be aware that this airport is located in the middle of nowhere. Today it is used by some cargo airlines so you can see some Boeing 747's as well as Ryanair and Wizzair. But passenger traffic is quite low these days. Additionally Atlas Air frequently uses this airport for charter flights for the US military. Atlas Air operates Boeing 747's as well as Boeing 767's. I even saw a McDonnell Douglas MD-11F by Western Global on flightradar on day. Unfortunately I was unable to catch one when I was there. But I was able to catch some other special flights which you can see in this video.
