Guide to forearm rotation. (READ DESCRIPTION)

In this video I review my own technique in order to explain other people's techniques. I hope you enjoy it. Sorry if the text went too fast or too slow. I just talked to a friend and it seems I missed an important point in this video. I talked about wrist position and fingers but I haven't talked about where your elbow should be. Your hand is already stable by doing all of this but you still need to move something so your brain can make the proper adjustments to improve. This is where the role of the elbow comes. You should have your elbow in a position where your forearm isn't attached to your table because otherwise there's nothing else for your brain to move (and obviously because this also restrains forearm rotation). Even better, if you have your elbow off the table, there's a chance your brain will naturally reach one of the maximums to achieve tapping stability. Though, if you can't do this, a way to cope is just using the left maximum.
