How to reverse launch a paramotor

I recorded this from my class and this was the first introduction to reverse launching. We were in the kiting phase of instruction and launching the glider while facing it was advanced for me at the time, so I captured this for later review of the details. There are some good techniques in here from a very experienced pilot who has decades of experience.
