Takahashi, who started roasting coffee as a hobby 10 years ago and now works in sales for roasting machines at Daiichi Denka Co., Ltd., once faced the same dilemma. Through visiting many customers' shops and advising them on roasting, he arrived at the idea that "there's no single right answer, so start simply and focus on roasting without failure." In this video, we'll clearly explain this approach through lectures and then actually roast Colombian coffee using the Stronghold S7X roasting machine. We'll also discuss real-world insights, such as distinguishing bean hardness by "sound" and judging the timing for increasing the heat!
