FORD ESCAPE SUNROOF KEEPS BURNING MOTORS DIAGNOSIS

In today's video we take a look at a 2012 Ford Escape w/ a 2.5l 4 cylinder engine. The owners complaint is that the sunroof motor is not working. The shop has already replaced the motor 4 different times. According to the technician, after replacing the sunroof motor, it only moves about half way then stops. After that the new motor burns out and becomes non functional. They also mentioned to me that they can open and close the window manually and it seems to be moving smoothly, so they don't think it has anything to do with the track itself. They asked me to take a look, so I figured I would give it a shot.
