Hello friends, it is so lovely to have you here with us! This week, we tackled a bushel of tomatoes and made stewed tomatoes and some tomato sauce for spaghetti, casseroles, and other meals. I also made some artisan cheddar cheese, canned some chicken, and preserved a variety of odds and ends peppers. This is the last week of the #everybitcountschallenge, and it was so fun preserving for the winter and watching all the other families participating! I still will be preserving into November.
