LOTUS Artist Nicolas Gardel at Octavent

Meet LOTUS Artist Nicolas Gardel! Nicolas is widely regarded as one of the best players in France, with huge amounts of respect in the community. He is not only a great Jazz soloist, but a strong Lead player as well. This was our first meeting with Nicolas, with him playtesting our new gear in front of a full room of trumpet players at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in central Toulouse. Big thanks to @Octavent for arranging such a beautiful event! You’ll see Nicolas playing various mouthpieces and comparing his Solo MAX model to our new Solo model. After this event, Nicolas decided to get a Solo model. He said that it was easier to play and he could access the sound that he’s looking for with more stability, especially when coupled with the right mouthpiece.
