Star Residence has been a popular choice among foreign investors because of the close distance to KLCC, which translates into convenience. It's easy to just stop by for shopping and the LRT station. But after visiting the actual building, the greatest advantage would be the back drop of KLCC from the roof top. I really enjoyed the avant-garde approach to the common areas which differs from the usual 'luxury' look which were more classical and clean. The design were loud, courageous, and bold which is very interesting but this may be subjected to individual preferences. Also, trendy designs may be easily eliminated across time. However, the layout that didn't have a dining and a yard space didn't hinder tenants from renting the place. As the location was simply too convenient, especially for expats who have their office around the area.
