PROPERTY REVIEW #090 | CLOUD TREE RESIDENCE, CHERAS

In between Cheras and Sri Kembangan, Cloud Tree is easily one of the most impressive project I've visited this year. This is because of the scale of the facilities, yet not neglecting the details of them. Building on a slope can be challenging but the team leverage on the topography and created amazing experience within the spaces. With the multi-storey facilities area, it felt like a mini plaza itself and the spaces seems to be connected still with water and landscape elements. What I loved the most was the park where the trees are just so matured, and residents get to experience living among the foliage from the swimming pool deck. The shortcomings would be the depth of road before reaching the site from the highway. And the journey to the project is just filled with old houses and shop offices, with a lot of road bumps. Another thing would be the address unfortunately because this would easily be a superb, high end project if it's located closer to the city.
