Living The Rhythm of Happiness with Phakchok Rinpoche
In this teaching, Phakchok Rinpoche shows how we can create a rhythm to our daily lives, allowing us to face the challenges of daily life and to bring true benefit to both ourselves and others. Rinpoche emphasizes that this is based on a routine that supports the development of calmness and openness to new experiences. In the beginning, we don't need to commit to hours of sitting meditation, instead, focusing on creating space when we face problems lets us avoid the reactive patterns that lead to suffering.
