Today we're at Sen Omakase, one of the few fine-dining Japanese restaurants in Spain, boasting a Michelin star. This time, we're joined by Juan Carlos, one of the three winners of the guaranteed prizes I mentioned in the video announcing this series. His brother managed to find the golden ticket before anyone else and assisted Juan Carlos, who was already a lover of haute cuisine and had visited several Michelin-starred restaurants before. However, he'd never been to a fine-dining Japanese restaurant before. Will he like it? We certainly hope so.
