I LOVE THE CANARY ISLANDS and those of you who grew up there. I adore the landscapes, the weather, and how well you've always treated me whenever I've been in your land. That's why I'm delighted to present this wonderful tribute to Canarian haute cuisine, which kicks off our series. Today we're visiting Gofio, a little piece of the Canary Islands in Madrid. A restaurant that, by the way, I've had my eye on since practically the day I started creating content. I've been putting it off for far too long.
