Cut off the fins of 4 codfish, wash them clean, and cut them into pieces. 2. Cut 1/2 radish into large pieces and shred 1 onion 3. Cut 3 Cheongyang peppers and 1 green onion diagonally and slice 1 tofu 4. Lay the sliced radish in a large pot, add the codari, add all the sliced vegetables, and add tofu. 5. Add 1 Tbsp garlic, 1/2 cup thick soy sauce, 3 Tbsp sugar, 3 Tbsp fish sauce, 2 Tbsp grain syrup (oligosaccharide), 3 Tbsp red pepper powder, 1 Tbsp red pepper paste, and 4 cups rice water. 6. At first, when it boils over high heat, change to medium heat and boil until the radish is soft. 7. Finish by adding 1/2 red pepper as a garnish at the end. [Stir-fried seaweed stems] 1. Rinse the salted seaweed in water 3-4 times, pour enough water to submerge it, and soak for about 20 minutes. 2. Put water in a pot and when it boils, blanch it for about 10 seconds, rinse it in cold water, put it through a sieve, and cut it into bite-size pieces. 3. Shred 1/4 onion, 1/5 carrot, and slice 1/2 green onion long 4. Put 2 Tbsp cooking oil and 1 Tbsp sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry 0.5 Tbsp garlic and sliced green onion over low heat. 5. Add carrots, onions, and seaweed and heat over medium heat. Add 2 Tbsp cooking wine, 2 Tbsp fish sauce, and 0.5 Tbsp sugar and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. 6. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and sesame seeds. [Lettuce Salad] 1. Wash 1/2 head of lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces with your hands. 2. Cut 1/2 cucumber in half and slice diagonally, cut 1/2 apple flat 3. Cut 1/2 red paprika and 1/2 yellow paprika into squares 4. Cut crab meat in half, tear and set aside 5. Canned pineapple (omit if not available), cut into 3 pieces 6. Make the sauce (2 plain yogurt, 3 Tbsp mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp vinegar, 2 slices of chopped pineapple, 4 Tbsp pineapple broth) 7. Put all the vegetables in a bowl, pour the prepared sauce, mix gently, and finally add crab meat and mix lightly to finish.
