It is the first recipe for alfajores that I learned and after trying many other versions, I would not change it for any. They are soft and gritty on the inside and still crispy on the outside. Homemade Dulce de leche: 800 grams of evaporated milk. 400 grams of condensed milk. Powdered sugar for decoration. They are baked at 170 Celcius or 338 Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
