We recently got a new Missouri Fox Trotter mare/horse and she came with her mane in a TANGLED MESS!!!! LOADED WITH BURRS!!! She has pretty much been running wild for the first 2 1/2 years of her life and hasn't been handled much. We we couldn't work on her mane right off. We had to get her to a point where she would allow us to handle her and where she would trust a bit more.
