BORN WILD? Our New Foal Wants NOTHING To Do With Us!

Welcome back to Homestead Horsemanship! Our last foal of the season has finally arrived—and she is absolutely beautiful! This precious little filly may be one of the prettiest foals we've ever had, but there is one small problem… she's incredibly shy. From the moment she was born, this little girl has preferred to keep her distance. To make matters even more challenging, her protective mama seems determined to keep her foal all to herself! In today's video, we spend time quietly working with our newest foal, trying to earn her trust and begin building a bond. Will patience and gentle handling help this shy little filly come around? Along the way, you'll also get to watch her run, play, and frolic around the pasture—because even shy foals are full of joy and personality! We raise both Missouri Fox Trotters and endangered Clydesdales here on our homestead, and every foal born here is special to us. Join us as we begin the journey of turning a cautious little filly into a trusting partner. Do you think she'll warm up to us? Let us know in the comments below!
