Stowe Adventure Skiing - A Wild Rappel Line And An Outrageous Bushwhack.
Funky snow conditions mean its time to go exploring! With snow totals high but not much powder to be found, I decided it was time to check out a few lines that have been on my list for a while but I hadn't had an excuse to check out yet. The first of which is a line I've heard called Leap of Faith. It's been skied ropeless but is often rappelled into. This line is some of the most technical truly lift accessed terrain on the east coast, and threads a weakness through some wild terrain. The second line is Jeff Slide, a location I don't mind naming because after this video, I doubt anyone will be inspired to go ski it. Considering that it required some of the wildest ski bushwhacking I've done, all for just a handful of good turns.
