We Skied The Most Remote Slides In New England
Redrock Ravine and Bear Pond Slide are two of the most remote ski zones in New England. Being in the heart Pemigewasset Wilderness, its a 20 mile day no matter how you approach. After years of watching the conditions and dreaming, Colby and I linked up to attempt to ski them. With miles of skiing, wild bushwhacking, and steep skiing on thinly covered ice and rocks, it turned out to be one of our best adventures in the White Mountains so far!
