How I finish my collage art in my A3 sketchbook page | Sketchbook Practice

Previously off camera I practiced creating a collage art on a piece of A4 paper. Once done, I decided to paste it into my A3 sketchbook. However, I feel that I need to add more marks onto the page as there was a big boring white border around the A4 collage. In this video watch how I cover the white border and update the whole page with mark makings. Does it make the page look better or worse?
