Having a tough time finding reverse, first gear and sometimes second gear in your MK1? Yeah, me too. I fixed my issue by replacing the main shift rod which had a broken reverse lockout tab. The new rod was sourced from "oe245" on eBay. I buy many of my harder-to-find parts from them. If it is NLA in America, chances are that oe245 will have it.
