ABC"2" of RAILWAYS: E is for ERIDGE
The Tunbridge Wells & Eridge Railway Preservation Society had a presence at ERIDGE station long before they established an operating base at Tunbridge Wells West, but it has taken more than two decades to connect the two stations with a heritage train service. The quality of the infrastructure work carried out on the Spa Valley Railway to re-establish this rail link is clear from this short film and it was obviously not compromised in favour of a hasty completion to the project.
