Serve Your Future | Career Fair 2026

Career Fair 2026 brought together young people, businesses, vocational schools, training centres, and industry professionals to explore career opportunities in Kosovo's growing hospitality sector. Held at Innovation and Training Park (ITP) Prizren, the event featured inspiring keynote speeches, panel discussions, success stories, networking opportunities, and direct engagement between employers and future talent. Participants had the opportunity to learn about career paths in hospitality, gastronomy, tourism, and service industries while connecting with businesses actively seeking new talent. The event is part of the Serve Your Future campaign, implemented under the HoReCa Kosovo Project, which aims to strengthen vocational education, improve collaboration between education providers and the private sector, and support youth employment in the hospitality industry.
