Instant Vortex STEAK AND ASPARAGUS
Making steak and asparagus in the Instant Vortex is so easy and makes the food taste amazing. When you broil the steak it gives it a little char on the outside but the inside is melt in your mouth delicious. With the asparagus cooking on the wrack under the steak make the asparagus tender with a little crunch on the outside. 1 -2 steaks cuts of your choice ( I used sirloin ) Asparagus washed and endeds cut 1 - 2 inches depending on length 2 tbsp minced garlic Montreal steak seasoning Olive oil 1 tbsp butter Salt and pepper to taste Bring steak to food temperature Add olive oil to both sides of steak Add Montreal steak seasoning to both sides Add minced garlic to top of steak ( as little or as much as you like ) Pre heat Vortex - broil 400 degrease 10 minutes Add asparagus to bowl Drizzle olive oil on asparagus Add garlic, salt and pepper When Vortex says add food remove wracks Add steak to wrack and put on the top slot Add asparagus to wrack and put on middle slot Cook 5 minutes the flip steak 4-5 minutes makes the steak a nice medium depending on thickness Remove steak and place 1 tbsp butter on top of steak and let rest Place steak and asparagus on plate and enjoy
