Thank you so much Hajer for this recipe! It turned out AMAZING! Such a homey lovely simple to pull together recipe! We are OBSESSED! Cake Ingredients: 3eggs 1table spoon of vanilla although I always measure that by the heart 3 tablespoons spoons of greek yogurt Half a cup of shredded coconut A cup of sugar Quarter a cup of oil you can use butter A cup of flour A tablespoon of baking powder A dash of salt Pre heat your oven to 350 fahrenheit In a bowl or a blender put your eggs ,vanilla,sugar ,oil ,shredded coconut and yogurt and mix it very well And then sift your flour and baking powder into the wet ingredients And mix very well if it is too watery add a bit more flour Grease your caserole and pour the mixture in and then put in the over for 20 mins While that is cooking work on your syrup Sugar Syrup ingredients: a cup of sugar Qurter a cup of water Lemon juice And teaspoon of vanilla Pour your sugar and water in a pot and put in medium heat on the stover and when it start to boil put the vanilla and lemon juice and keep it on the stove for another 3 mins and then close the heat When the cake is done let it cool for 10 mins Cut it to rectangles so that the syrup can go in And then pour the syrup on top and decorate with some shredded coconut on top #joshandmomma #joshsmom
