How to Make the Softest Bread Ever | Enriched Yeast Dough If you're after a soft, fluffy, everyday bread that's enriched but not overly sweet — this one's my go-to. Made with fresh yeast, milk, and eggs, it's perfect for sandwiches, toast, or enjoying warm straight from the oven. In this video, I mix a full 4 kg flour batch in my Famag spiral mixer and bake it in the RM2020 oven. The batch makes 12 loaves at 550 g each — perfect for microbakery production — and I’ve included a scaled-down version for a single loaf below.
