Hello, Geumse 🙂 Are you all doing well? After coming back from my business trip, I made bean sprout hangover soup, which is what I was craving during the trip! Today, I hung the curtains and caught up on chores! I hope you enjoy watching this video 💕 🥄Bean sprout soft tofu hangover soup 1. Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and drain the water 2. Wash the squid, too (I had frozen squid, so I defrosted it) 3. Blanch the bean sprouts (boil for about 3 minutes, and take out when the bean spouts are slightly wilted) ** Be careful when you open and close the pot lid because it can cause undelightful smell 4. Put some soft tofu in the pot and add the blanched bean sprouts as well 5. Boil the squid in the water in which the bean sprouts were blanched 6. Cut the boiled squid into bite-sized pieces 7. Add 2 pills of seafood broth to the boiling water to make broth, 8. Add sliced squid on top of soft tofu and bean sprouts, and add sliced pepper and green onion 9. Boil the broth with all ingredients 10. Sprinkle a teaspoon of Hondashi , a tablesppon of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of anchovy sauce, and red pepper powder into boiled broth 11. Lastly, place a raw egg on top and you're done!
