Place the croissant dough in the air fryer at 180°C for 15 minutes and prepare guacamole 2. Dice the ripe avocado and tomato, then put them in a bowl 3. Squeeze lemon juice, add some pepper for seasoning, and mash it all together! 4. Poach an egg in hot water with some DE NIGRIS apple cider vinegar 5. Take the baked croissant and drizzle it with maple syrup, then toast it again in a pan for extra crispiness (Press the croissant with a heavy pan, and it will give more crunchy texture) 6. Spread the prepared guacamole generously on the toasted croissant 7. Put the poached egg on top and season it with salt and pepper 8. Finally, add some arugula on top, drizzle it with olive oil, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to finish! 🍝 Pollack Roe Pasta 1. Slice the perilla leaves 2. Add some sesame salt, perilla oil, sesame oil to the cleaned pollack roe and mix well 3. In a new bowl, add some perilla oil and 2 rounds of tsuyu, with plenty of sesame salt and pepper, and mix well 4. Boil the spaghetti in water, then rinse it under cold water an place it in a bowl 5. Drizzle the prepared sauce over the pasta and mix well 6. Place the seasoned spaghetti on top of the perilla leaves, add the pollack roe on top, and sprinkle with sesame salt, and you're done! 🍝 Pollack Roe Cream Pasta 1. Mix the cooked pasta with 200ml of milk and 100ml of fresh cream 2. Add the pollack roe and mix well 3. Add some butter and plenty of pepper! 4.
