It gives information about the Reception System for Asylum Seekers and Refugees (SPRAR) and Reception Centres for Asylum Seekers (CARA). The video also refers to the Centres of Identification and Expulsion (CIE) and it is explained in which cases, and for how long, an asylum seeker can be held in such a centre. An asylum seeker should be issued with a “residence permit for an asylum seeker” which is renewable up until the final decision of the Territorial Commission.
