Le taboulé de ma grand-mère Arménienne

Ingredients for 4 people: 100g fine bulgur wheat 1 cucumber 1 ripe tomato 1 white onion or 1 spring onion 1 small bunch of parsley 1 small bunch of mint 1 organic lemon 1 tsp salt 1 tsp chili powder 6 to 8 tbsp olive oil Preparation: 1/ Place the bulgur wheat in a salad bowl and season with the lemon juice, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp chili powder, and 1 tbsp olive oil. Mix well. 2/ Place the peeled and finely chopped tomato directly on top of the bulgur wheat and drizzle with a little olive oil. The tomato juice will help the bulgur wheat absorb moisture. 2/ Next, place the diced cucumber, finely chopped onion, and finely chopped herbs on top of the tomato. 3/ Drizzle with olive oil and mix thoroughly just before serving. Allow 20 minutes for the bulgur to become tender.
