Brush both sides with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, add paprika powder and oregano. Bake at 180 °C for approximately 20 minutes. Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry the chopped onion. Add the chopped bell peppers. Add the minced meat and fry. Add the chopped tomato. Grate the garlic and add it to the pan. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper and paprika powder. Add 150 ml of water and simmer for a few minutes. Layer the eggplant, meat, soft cheese, and hard cheese in a casserole dish.
