Tender meat and mashed potatoes with roasted garlic – the perfect dinner for the whole family! 🧾 Ingredients: For the chicken: whole chicken – 1 piece Salt, pepper 20 ml vegetable oil 25 g butter 1 onion For the sauce: Parsley 40 ml soy sauce 30 g honey 25 g tomato paste 20 g mustard 8 g salt 6 g sweet paprika powder For the mashed potatoes: 3 potatoes 2 onions soy sauce 1 head of garlic yogurt or sour cream 10 ml potato broth 👩‍🍳 Preparation: Trim the chicken, removing excess skin and fat. Cut a slit in the breast and lightly pound the chicken meat with a meat mallet. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Heat vegetable oil and add butter. Fry the chicken meat until golden brown on both sides. Cut the onion into rings and place them on a piece of aluminum foil lined with parchment paper. Place the chicken on top. Sauce: Chop the parsley. Mix together soy sauce, honey, tomato paste, mustard, paprika powder and salt. Coat the chicken with the sauce.
