Episode 7 The Woven Almanac Podcast - Christmas wrap up | 2026 plans and inspiration

Welcome back, crafty friends. For our final episode of 2025, I have quite a lot to share with you. December has been a whirlwind of activity, especially with my Vlogmas series over on my other channel, Dawn’s Days Vlog. It was such a joy opening those crafty advents, and if you are looking for a bit of creative company or inspiration, I would love for you to head over there and take a look. This episode is a true celebration of what I’m calling my "knitting year." I’ll be chatting through my latest cast-offs and cast-ons, and reflecting on why 2025 was such a definitive year for my needles. However, the horizon is looking very colourful, I have some wonderful crochet plans to share in our incoming section, and I have been absolutely spoilt with new ideas. I’ve also found myself returning to the peace of hand-stitching. I am just thrilled with how my sewing box house has turned out, and rediscovering my love for cross-stitch has reminded me how lovely it is to have several different projects on the go at once. As we look toward 2026, my guiding light will be crafting only for "happy thoughts." Thank you so much for joining me on this new channel. Moving over was a scary step, but your support and subscriptions have made it a comforting experience. I am so grateful for this supportive community.
