Sometimes we think we need to do more. Train harder. Work harder. Push harder. I often catch myself searching for the next thing I can improve. But lately, I've been reminded that growth isn't always about adding more. Sometimes it's about letting go. Letting go of tension. Letting go of pressure. Letting go of perfection. In this short Qi-Gong practice, I simply take some time to slow down, breathe, move, and reconnect. Maybe it will help you do the same. Take your time. Everything is okay. Just begin. 🙏🏻
