A Little Qigong for a Reset

Today I needed a reset. I haven't posted anything on this channel for quite a while, but I've spent a lot of time thinking about where to go from here. Like many of us, I sometimes get stuck without really knowing why. Even when I'm working hard and getting things done, some problems just don't seem to go away. For a long time, I thought the answer was more effort. But it wasn't a lack of effort. I've put in plenty of effort. What I realized is that sometimes it's the energy we've been holding onto for years that needs to be released. The tension, the pressure, the things we keep carrying without noticing. Today I needed to let some of that go. And it helped. Let's continue to break through more of these blocks together.
