Although I don’t film every day, I still can’t condense what I do film into a shorter video 🤣 There’s so much I want to share with you all! This week I tried a couple of new recipes, did some preserving and even had to resort to cooking supper on our wood stove…talk about a challenge 😅 But most importantly, we are definitely getting through the food that was at the highest priority! Baguette Recipe: 1 TBSP Yeast 1 TBSP Sugar 2 cups warm water 4-5 cups AP Flour 2 tsp salt 3 TBSP Olive oil Knead about 5 minutes. Form into ball and place in greased bowl and let rise approximately 30 minutes Punch down and roll into rectangle, divide into 3 sections Score top of loaves Mix 1 egg with 1 tsp water and baste top of loaves Sprinkle with desired toppings Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown
