I'm often told that I can't see the conclusion, like "Well, let's just do our best." I get this a lot in my videos and comments. I'm often asked "So how do we solve this?", and solving problems is a series of decisions, actions, corrections, and result corrections, so it's often case-by-case, so I haven't really talked about it here. And it's not medicine in the first place, so I haven't done any training in problem solving. I didn't do it because there are a lot of things like mathematics, economics, and business. I explain and solve problems in the welfare field, but I haven't talked about essential problem solving, so I'll try it this time. When I was in high school, I thought that if I became a psychiatrist, I would be able to solve many problems. But if you think about it objectively, I'm just an ordinary person, and I have a lot of naive things, and if you watch YouTube, you'll understand, but people say that Masuda Yusuke is smart, but I'm not that smart. They say I can solve problems because I have the drive and stamina, but I don't have that much. It's probably because I'm cool. I'm not that cool, people say I look like Mizuhara Ippei. This may be rude to Mizuhara Ippei, but... It's not like that. Even if I'm better, I think I'm 1.1 or 1.2 times better than other people. That's who I am, so it's not like I can solve it. It's not like psychiatrists are special and can handle it, but it's an illusion to think that they can handle it, and not everyone can, but that's also not right. There is a certain technique, and this time I'm going to explain that technique properly. ■ Self-understanding and problem-solving Basically, counseling or treatment, and AI self-counseling too, are made up of two things: self-understanding and problem-solving. The same goes for cognitive behavioral therapy. You recognize and then act. There are two phases. Medicine tends to be centered on self-understanding, and psychology does too. It used to be like this, self-understanding was the main focus. What kind of diagnosis, what illness do you have? Once you get a diagnosis, it's automatically decided what you need to do, and you're told to take this medicine, so it comes with problem-solving. Psychology is the same. It's often said in psychoanalysis that psychoanalysis is not for healing or solving problems, but for self-understanding. Freud said that as self-understanding progresses, you will naturally be healed, and that it's like a by-product, but if you understand the current situation, if you understand yourself, if you understand the other person, you can somehow see the solution, so it's not talked about much. But even so, it feels like that. So I'm going to talk about how to solve problems and organize things. This is a bit more specific, so it's more specific than what I usually talk about. ■The seven areas of life This is a notebook. This is a compilation of the things I used to hand out in the doctor's office, so it's full of work. This is the work you need to do. It's here in this notebook. You organize ...
