Note: For the cake in the video, we need 2 batches of the chocolate cake recipe above. Square pan of 25x25cm, however, it can be made in a round pan of 22cm. Brigache Filling • 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk (395g each) • 3 cans of heavy cream (200g each) • 1/2 cup of 50% cocoa powder (60g) • 400g of semi-sweet chocolate. Ganache Topping • 200g of high-quality semi-sweet chocolate • 1/2 carton of heavy cream (100g) • 1 tablespoon of butter. Sauce • Chocolate milk to taste.
