Something Feels Different: 20 Weeks on GLP-1

In this week's GLP-1 weight loss journey update, I am reflecting on my first 20 weeks on a Semaglutide compound. After almost five months, I have officially lost over 27 lbs, and everything is starting to feel different. My daily routines have become much easier, and I am finally adjusting to a new normal. In this vlog, I’m sharing how I easily swap out high-carb foods for better options while dining out, my updated experience with Semaglutide side effects like fatigue, and why I’m no longer stress-eating. I also discuss my doctor-approved plan for micro-dosing and adjusting my Semaglutide dosage from 20 units to 25 units to combat food noise. Plus, I am celebrating a major non-scale victory: decluttering two bags of clothes that are now too big for me, going from a size 26 to a size 22 in jeans! If you are on a compounding Semaglutide weight-loss journey, dealing with hunger cues, or trying to beat food noise, I hope my experience offers you some encouragement. Be blessed, love yourself, and be kind, y'all! 🔔 SUBSCRIBE to follow my journey and stay up to date: [   / @southerncj  ] Interested in art? Follow my art channel    / @cjcalvertart
