15 Min Chest Opening Yoga | Ease a Hunched-Over Day

This 15 minute chest opening yoga class will help open your chest, lengthen your spine, and improve your posture. It's perfect if you've spent the day on a computer or anything else that causes you to round forward. We'll move through a gentle chest opening yoga sequence to release tension, de-stress after your day, and help you sit tall naturally. In nature, plants grow toward their light source; their whole being reaches and extends for the light. After a long day rounded forward, it's good to have a reminder like this yoga for posture practice, so we don't stay stuck in that hunched position. This chest opening yoga class is for all levels. Props: 2 yoga blocks if available, or 2 thick books of similar height, or a firm cushion.
