This full body metabolic conditioning workout (METCON) is designed to challenge your entire body using compound strength movements and minimal rest to elevate your heart rate and maximize efficiency. You’ll move through triset-style blocks that combine strength and conditioning to help build muscle, increase calorie burn, and support long-term metabolic health — both during the workout and after you’re done. Expect purposeful intensity, smart sequencing, and a total-body burn without unnecessary complexity.
