Stimmungsvolle Kajaktour auf dem idyllischen Sylvensteinsee.( Seawave Gumotex, Grabner )

   • Kajaktouren.   Kayak tour on the Sylvenstein reservoir near Lenggries in Bavaria, Germany. On the way we were both inflatable boat paddlers, me (Biberklaus1) with an inflatable Gumotex Seawave touring kayak and Jan (Kajan) with a Grabner Mega inflatable kayak. We started from the Walchenklamm car park and drove into the gorge straight away in the morning. Thanks to the high water level of the artificial mountain lake, we were able to paddle the touring kayaks to the waterfall in the Walchenklamm. After the gorge we went past the dam wall towards Dürrach Bay. Before we reached the end of the bay, we took a break at the Schnüpfen waterfall. We then went to the third basin of the Alpine lake towards the Isar Delta, where, thanks to the high water level in the lake, we were able to go up the Isar in an air kayak for a record distance.
