At first glance it looks like many other parts of the city with condos, hotels, and busy streets. But about a 15-minute walk from the BTS station, you reach a quieter enclave known as the T77 Community. Cross a small canal from the main Onnut Road and you step into a planned neighborhood built almost like a city within the city. As soon as you step in, you notice how different the atmosphere is here with spacious roads, plenty of shade and trees, and a calm that’s rare in Bangkok. At the center is Habito Mall, surrounded by six condominium projects and the international Bangkok Prep School. The layout makes daily life simple: grocery stores, restaurants, and cafés are all inside, so residents don’t need to leave the area for basics. I hope this walk gives you a sense of Bangkok’s residential side, where life feels more relaxed, almost like a little retreat from the city.
