Since the restaurant we originally planned to go to, Umikaze, was closed, we spontaneously decided to visit two other famous restaurants. The first was Nikenya Gocho, a restaurant that exudes a strong, unique character. The second was Kiguya, a restaurant with a beautiful white broth that could be considered the quintessential Tokushima ramen.
