Motorboating: A Seven Pitch Rock Climb on Sedona Sandstone
"Motorboating" is an absolutely gorgeous route up the famous Submarine/Steamboat Rock in red rock country. The route ascends nearly 500 feet of quality (for Sedona) sandstone. The route is bolted the entire way and requires no traditional climbing placements. This is the perfect route to get your multi-pitch feet wet on if you are a 5.9 sport leader and have solid multi-pitch fundamentals.
