Enchiladas & Coleslaw Salatası | Meksika Klasiklerinden🌯

A delicious Mexican flavor that tastes like a chicken wrap! 🧡 #collaboration Ingredients: 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 onions Chicken 2 capsicums 4 cloves garlic 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes Salt 500 ml grated tomato Hot sauce 1/4 cup plain yogurt 1/2 cup Mexican beans 10 lavash rolls 1.5 cups mozzarella/cheddar cheese Cilantro Coleslaw: 3 tablespoons plain yogurt 1 tablespoon mustard 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon sugar or honey 1 teaspoon salt 300 grams red cabbage 2 carrots Currants Dill 150 grams cabbage Walnuts Steps: Fry the onion, pepper, and garlic. Add the cumin. Sauté and set aside. Place half of the vegetables in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the tomatoes, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, Greek yogurt, and hot sauce. Add the beans and 1/2 cup of cheese to the vegetables. Place half of the enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Place the chicken in a tortilla, wrap it, and place it on a baking sheet. Pour in the remaining sauce. Add 3/4 cup of cheese and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Mix the coleslaw salad ingredients and arrange on a plate. Garnish with cilantro and serve. Enjoy!
