Do your hips always feel tight, stiff, or restricted no matter how much you stretch? In this video, I demonstrate a deep hip release sequence on a bodybuilder client using a combination of Thai bodywork, assisted stretching, traction, mobility work, and myofascial techniques. These movements are designed to help improve hip mobility, reduce tension, and create more freedom of movement through the hips, pelvis, and lower back. Throughout the session, I use rhythmic movements, compression, traction, and guided positioning to work with the body’s natural movement patterns rather than forcing a stretch. This approach can be beneficial for people who sit a lot at the desk, athletes, lifters, active individuals, and anyone dealing with chronic tightness around the hips.
